Initial Configuration & Store Settings
Configuring initial plugin settings in the WWA Dashboard.
Prerequisites & Requirements
- WWA Plugin Activated
After activation, navigate to WWA WhatsApp → Settings in your WordPress dashboard to configure store settings:
- Default Country Code: Select your store's primary country code (e.g. +1 for US, +44 for UK, +91 for IN). This handles national phone number formatting automatically.
- Cart Abandonment Timeout: Set the duration (in minutes) before an inactive checkout is marked abandoned (default: 15 minutes).
- Log Retention: Set how long message logs are retained in your database (default: 30 days).
