Connecting Meta WhatsApp Cloud API
Connecting your Meta WhatsApp Cloud API credentials to WWA.
Prerequisites & Requirements
- Phone Number ID
- WABA Account ID
- Permanent Access Token
To authorize WWA to send WhatsApp messages on behalf of your store, connect your Meta Cloud API credentials under WWA WhatsApp → Settings → Meta API:
- Enter your WhatsApp Phone Number ID (found in Meta Developer Console under WhatsApp → API Setup).
- Enter your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) ID.
- Paste your Permanent System User Access Token.
- Click Test Connection & Save Credentials.
If credentials are valid, WWA will display a green "Meta API Connected" status badge and automatically fetch your approved WhatsApp templates.
