Resolving template sync mismatches between Meta WABA and WWA.

- Meta API Sync
If a template is missing from WWA dropdowns, click Sync Templates from Meta under WWA Settings → Templates. Ensure the template status is APPROVED in Meta WhatsApp Manager.
